N-o1 Partner Programme terms
These are owner-authored programme rules, not professionally approved legal advice. Application acceptance does not guarantee admission or any earnings. The owner must agree your individual commercial terms in writing before approving your application.
Introductions and authority
The programme arranges introductions and referrals to N-o1.com. Partners acquire no ownership of N-o1.com or its domain identities and cannot issue licences, leases or binding offers on the owner’s behalf. All negotiations, customer agreements, approvals and receipts remain with Charles McGill, the owner. Existing domain licence and lease terms are unchanged.
Referral attribution and lead ownership
Only approved, unsuspended partners have eligible links. Where a visitor permits tracking, the first valid referral on that browser is remembered for the configured window, initially 30 days. Later links do not replace an unexpired referral. Captured enquiry attribution is fixed unless the owner makes an audited correction. Cross-device, cookie-blocked, declined-consent and offline introductions may need owner-approved manual attribution.
Attribution is evidence of an introduction, not automatic lead ownership or commission entitlement. Existing customers, existing opportunities, competing introductions and duplicate enquiries require explicit owner qualification. Self-referrals are not eligible. Partners must not impersonate visitors, manipulate consent, use misleading redirects or claim contacts they did not introduce.
Commission agreement and eligibility
Proposed starting terms are 10% for affiliates on qualifying first-year licensing revenue or qualifying first-month leasing revenue, and 15–20% for approved brokers on qualifying initial transaction revenue. Strategic arrangements are individually negotiated. The owner can configure defaults and agree individual percentages; an application, displayed rate or referral click alone does not establish an entitlement.
Your written agreement must identify the agreed rate, eligible revenue, currency, eligible period, exclusions (including any taxes or other non-qualifying amounts), payout timing and any special arrangements. Commissions depend on a qualified referral, a completed owner-approved customer transaction and qualifying funds actually received. Monthly leases generate commission only on qualifying first-month payments actually received. No commission is generated on later monthly lease payments.
Renewals, extensions, subsequent transactions and future years are excluded unless specifically agreed in writing. No guaranteed income, transaction value, availability or returns are promised.
Refunds, cancellation and payouts
The owner confirms received revenue and approves commission before recording any manual payout. No money is automatically charged, transferred or paid. Refunds, cancellations and documented adjustments can reduce or cancel eligibility and require fresh commission approval. If a commission has already been paid, the owner and partner must reconcile any overpayment under their written agreement; the system does not automatically recover it.
Promotion and conduct
Use truthful, accurate statements. Do not misrepresent domain ownership, values, available names, licence rights, guaranteed returns or endorsement. Clearly disclose your affiliate or broker relationship where required. Do not send unlawful unsolicited marketing, publish confidential customer information or claim authority to approve N-o1 agreements. Suspension ends eligibility for new tracked referrals; accrued agreed obligations remain subject to the written agreement and qualification review.
Privacy and disputes
Read the partner privacy and tracking notice. Customer identities, negotiation details, internal valuations and CRM notes are not disclosed in partner dashboards. Handle any personal data you obtain lawfully and securely; do not upload unsolicited contact lists. Refer disputes to the owner with evidence of the introduction, dates and agreement. The owner retains final programme qualification and commission approval authority subject to agreed terms and applicable law. Do not retrospectively change an existing written agreement without the parties’ agreement.
For programme questions, use the founder’s existing contact channels. You may request access or deletion through existing account controls, or contact the owner for correction and other requests.
